The hissing when warning you will give you a chill up your spine. They 'puff-up' (inflate their body) when agitated , almost double their size. Very intimidating snake. I watched 16 seconds of that and NO I am normally all about the you do you , the government has little place in the home , but when your "pet" kills your kid and it was illegal I will vote on that jury for manslaughter all day long. When keeping any animal that can harm others one has the responsibility to keep it safe. No matter if it is a hot snake or a dog. Same principles apply just different methods.
