There has been plenty of good information. But, depending on how acute your senses are; you will never duplicate any wine batch 100%.

So? Variety is the spice of life. Enjoy your sweet wine, while you await your next batch. Wine snobs tend to downplay sweet wines; but, they have their place with salty, savory, and sweets. Enjoy!
