...as long as it's west of the great lakes im for it, but our weather
is too crappy up here....disclaimer...it rains every day and blows 40mph...
when we arent getting a blizzard or 90% humidity days with no wind. Crazy.
Not enough lawn mowing time and it seems
our landscrapers are filt up at the moment.

If he keeps teachin coyote school up near Ark City (Flint Hills / Chataqua Hills) he would no doubt move there cause he'd never run out of cats or coyotes but his rattle snake biz would drop off a bit.

So here's what happens when you go off Tman for weeks. Your inbox hurts from the strain. Daggumit y'all nailed it. No Tman for lent (I followed Brad's lead). We're moving end of April (well, we have an apartment in Dallas at seminary). And yep, the trappers at this year's Academy mid-March flat went bonkers (good) and caught 13 coyotes for 14 trappers last day (day 7).

Good to be back although I am the verb that is beyond busy, whatever that descriptor is.
Sorry Savell. I'm a Texan now. Even have a grill guard on every vehicle we own to prove it.

Oh and Boco. How's that Bev trapping?

He is Risen!
Blessings,
Mark

i was able to set 5 traps today. The ground is thawed enough for staking in the deeper water.(pressure sets).
Should have a good 3 weeks of open water beaver before the close of the season and the nuisance work starts.
Good to see you back-any pics of some coyotes?

The Academy group did well. I mean we take a small army to the field to set for predators!
27 coyotes in 6 checks and the mange was a bit more robust this year so all but 2 of the coyotes were adults.

8 returning trappers and 6 came for the first time and ALL of them came together at the end of the week.
Last two checks they caught 19 of the 27 total coyotes + a bobcat (we release bobcats).

LL, it's like fishing pics. I have the trapper get closer to their coyote to make them look bigger and me smaller. grin
