jbyrd63 trapper J Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 13,111 Ky	Turn it over and spray wd-40 everywhere. Then try to turn it with channel locks. If that doesn't help it throw it away and just mow more often and run over clippings or leaves and chop them up !!!!
