I just read this, and am heartbroken for you! My worst fear is to outlive my kids! I'm in a really bad place right now anyway, but You will be in my thoughts, because, like you I don't understand why these things happen! I wish I could offer advice, but unfortunately I feel as if I've been forsaken also. I do wish you the best, and I hope you can keep your faith...

Golly thats great,. Thanks for reposting. He was getting better and better each year. His real dream was becoming
a government predator trapper. Man its hard. Thanks so much to everyone. I suppose I really posted my thread more
for me than him. I needed some love. Thanks to alll and over time the pain might fade some.
What a great group of humans.

One thing is certain in our lives which is that all of us will meet tragedy.
Amidst the tragedy of death,
We say "goodbye" if the departed lived in God's grace,
Or "goodnight, I'll see you in the morning," if all involved lived in God's fullness of grace upon grace (John 1:16)
We pray, as we always do, that it was the latter.

So very sorry for you and your family's loss, you all will be in my prayers. I will miss his posts and pictures.
Try to find some comfort in knowing that he is in a MUCH better place and that you WILL meet again.
Feel free to stop in on the site and talk. Many here (myself included) have dealt with a major loss. You can private message if you don't want to post for everyone to see.
Again, I'm so sorry.

April is autism awareness month. Nearly 1 in every 100 children are born with an autism spectrum disorder.. 1 in 100. Stop and think about it...please

Marten Ted's Dad, I am so sorry for your terrible loss. There are no words to describe it. You sure reached out to the right group of people here. I'm sure you will receive nothing but love and prayers and support from these people who really think highly of the son you raised - and of you who raised him. I hope you feel comfortable here if you would like to stick around! Ditchdiver mentioned that many on here have suffered losses, and I'm sure would share some thoughts and lend a shoulder to lean on.
