A friend of mine has a son in Border Patrol in Texas. He said they are just standing by and watching people come across in waves.
Why have a border patrol then?
Why even have a country?
Why worry about covid 19?
National security?
This whole country is a joke and now we're giving Iran nuclear weapons, what else can we do to DESTROY this country? I think the current bunch has all the base's covered but at least the mean orange man is gone, that's all that matters.

News for you Northern people, the Southwest border in Texas has been a mess since the 1830's.
And it has been much worse than it is now. It mainly stayed local and didn't spread all across the country as much as it is doing now. In the past it has been mostly Meskins but just last month the Del Rio sector of the border patrol apprehended people from 54 different countries.
There is no telling how many get into the country undetected. But i guess it doesn't matter as they are turning all of them loose anyway without knowing who they are. This is the scary part - not knowing who they are.

How long do you need to be in office to qualify as the worst president ever? I'll answer your question with a question...how long has JB been in office?

I'll be trapping end of May near a zone in south Texas that's always open for business, but that had quieted down since about 2017. Here we go again in Rio Linda.... it is what it is.
Blessings, Mark
Mark, be safe. Praying for you

[ As I've said here many times and arguably in contradiction to my libertarian principles, I would also deport deadbeat Americans. A lot of them. quote=QuietButDeadly] That last sentence sounds a lot more like a democrat than a libertarian. Democrats never deal with problems, they just push them off on someone else. And we would not have near as many deadbeat Americans if the democrats had not trained them to be that way. [/qoute] Contradicting ones principles is definitely a leftist thing but I will get straight to the point. If you have so little problem contradicting your principles could it be that you really don't have any? Food for thought anyway.

Our border situation has been a mess for years. The drug industry is a multi-billion dollar corporation and most of our politicians are involved in it; both D and R.
I walked or rode a 4-wheeler given the terrain, from Yuma, AZ to El Paso, Tx. I was doing biological surveys along the border during the first attempt of the border fence in 2008 during GW Bush's last year. When Obama got elected, I had to find a new job; as construction came to an immediate halt.
The reality is that the "they" (the Government) keeps the situation tight lipped because in order to keep Americans happy with cheap drugs and continue the billion dollar industry, then they must keep the border very open. This opens the door for smuggler, bandits, and also child trafficking. We have no idea who is coming into our country; that is why they keep it under wraps.
It's not crack and meth heads stealing stuff along the roadside that are buying and paying for prostituion/human smuggling. It is our rich and well off; which happen to be able to fuel the fire of America's drug addiction.

Chauncey my friend, Good points. The money is intoxicating and far too many are drunk. Blessings, Mark

I thought it through some more. No contradiction. See how that works? It's better to think through issues instead of just spewing the same tired lines from FB, OAN, Q or wherever some of you guys pick them up. And, I want to eliminate welfare, arguably deport 20% of Houston (for a Texas example) and I'm the leftist? You bow to a guy that pushed welfare, gun control and big government on this country. I'm the leftist....this is getting funnier everyday.
