Here is the list that I have for myself. As regulations in different states change doing your research is paramount. I'm trying my best to get all on my list before they put me in the ground. Plan on spending tens of thousands of dollars for travel, new gear, permits and a place to stay. I have a small toy hauler that holds a chest freezer which I keep running with a gas generator. I'm scared to add up the amount of money that I have spent on pursuing my list and the subsequent taxidermy bills. You'll need to travel to many different states to get all the legal furbearers caught. I've been to twelve states so far. I look for the animals that have a legal take season and have a viable market. Without further waiting here is my list:

Are you going to try for the 3 phases of the colored fox?

Boco, If you directed that at me the color phases of the red aren't that important. Priority one for me is to get the species list first. I have seven left from my list of 33. Plans are to knock that down big time this next season. We'll see how that goes?
I won't live long enough to catch all the color phases of the critters on my list. It's taken my sorry self forty seven seasons to get this far! While I'm a trapper first, I would also like to slam the turkey's as I have already taken two of the four species. I'd also like to get all the legal tree squirrels. That would be a great Fall of the year trip! I do know of a couple other trappers trying to do what I'm striving for. I don't know what species they have on their lists or how far they have gotten.
