Looks like you got a little green belly going on their, Bison.

I'd advise skinning them a little sooner to prevent taint.

If you can't skin them right away, lay them on a cool concrete
surface belly up on their backs.

It keeps the intestines away from the belly skin in case
they start to heat up from delay in skinning.

Thanks walleyed I'll give that a try. I let them dry overnight in my garage with a fan on them. However it has been warming up out here!

LOL, I don't think the physics will support that! But perhaps I'll try it on the ground before I jump off the garage!
