I was a dealer at the U.P. convention for 12 years in a row.It was always one of my favorite conventions,loved the people up there. I believe my favorite place for the convention was when it was held in Dist. 5,I think Dave was the Dist 5 director then. One year he even brought his camper thereI remeber even doing demos at night.,so I had a more comfortable place to sleep. Escanaba is also a fine place for a convention. Over the years I set up at many different places for the U.P. convention,and have some great memories. Tom

Dave was a great guy who did a lot of good for the trapping community. I have a bucket of Dave’s traps that were donated when he passed. Still trying to figure out how to pass them along.
