I bet exercise and better diets would save more lives in this country than a covid vaccine but I guess a shot or two is easier than the other two options. I know of several people personally that are in terrible shape because of these things and don't worry about or do anything to change but are hyper scared of covid. I don't get it.

In the last year, I quitdrinking, went down to 1 and a half cups of coffee per day, started eating lunch instead of working through, drink water, and take vitamin D. I'm not a health nut but I realized I couldn't work as much as I do and take care of my family unless I was in good shape.

I just had gastric sleeve surgery last week. I have been on a special diet since two weeks before surgery. I lost a kidney to cancer about 20 months ago. My creatinine number has been in the Stage III level since kidney surgery. My numbers have just come down to a normal range.

My kidney doctor and gastric doctor both say eat healthy veggies and very little meat. Seems to be working. I get to add fish in two weeks. Chicken and beef will be a problem for my small stomach.

So yes to your question about a healthy plant based diet.

If Vitamin D is donuts and vitamin C is coke, I have definitely increased my intake of those "vitamins".

Yes I did. Not because of covid though. Because I was diagnosed with RA. One year ago my CRP test was over 200. The CRP measures inflammation in your blood. Today,I had it tested again. Will get the results in a day or so but I know its much lower. All I take is 10,000 IU of Vit. D every day, and eat nothing but meat and fat. Zero carbs. Havent been sick since we think we had covid. For both me and my wife it was very mild. I think the biggest reason for that is the zero carb diet and VD3.

Correct. The "vaccine" neither stops you from getting the disease, or transmitting it to other people. It only helps to possibly reduce the impact of the disease if/when you get it.

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.
