Had align back last may bought new tires, nothing really bad on it that cause major alignment , bumps chuckholes just like anyone hit, ran up over curb twice not long ago where at a stop sign an to right was curbing go way out were normally not an impossible to see it but I don't believe did a thing an didn't sound like nothing at like 2 Mile's a hr, so go down 4 lane, let go wheel an drift to right, or any road or street, it drift to right, do they align so pull to right ? In left lane on 4 lane I don't notice as much but still do, roads are banked are not straight so water runs off so don't know if drift to right is maybe normal ? Anyone know if ur steer wheel should look straight so Chevy emblem in center wheel is straight an not turn toward left the whole time a little so stay straight on road ?thinking ask about align at next oil change in about 5 weeks but not wanna really go sooner as sick shop so many times recent months

You worry way to much. just peal that sticker off your steering wheel and stick it the way it suits you. No seriously if its a small truck to midsize ,them trucks are bad to jump a tooth in the gearbox ,its best to run that by your oil change guy ..and have him look at it.

Spraying to bottom of your truck with to much used oil for rust prevention will cause the tired to slide one direction or the other

I'd just drive it and not worry about it. If you were going that slow I don't think it would throw the alignment off. It shouldn't drift but you need to weigh the cost of sticking more money in your truck. That doesn't seem to be an issue though.

However, if you quit worrying about your truck there will be far less posts on here to read through.

Dave are you still working 2nd shift for the cleaning company??

Dave, potholes, curbs, tire rubs all will throw an alignment out of wack. Roads have crowns so driving without hands isn't the best of test for alignments. Uneven tire wear will show you when need a correction. Additionally, an under or over inflated tire by more than about 3 psig will cause a vehicle to pull/push left or right. Not every garage levels the steering wheel when doing an alignment, you have to ask. It almost a year since the last alignment. Time to spend the money to have another one done! Stay between the lines and stop driving into and over stuff.

Good advice ! Watch tire wear , this truck is notorious for inner wear on every tire brand I have had ,on front , rotate every 5-6 k an still in end, cup tires, I ask about it come up , ya that it, roads are crown

To do a proper factory spec front end alignment the gear oil in the steering box must be balanced for left to right to compensate for road crown. Some mechanics correct this by blending 80 and 90 weight gear oil. Did you look at the factory info? Service Bulletin 2010-GM-644Sterbxoil

Don’t let anyone convince to not worry about that steering problem! These guys may not have gone over the curb. They have no true comprehension about Coriolis causing curbing. Stay strong!
