To watch at 8 am on a cool 38 degree morning. Took us about 2 hours to get em instead of an hour because the water temp had dropped 6 degrees on us from yesterday. Lots of specks stacking up waiting for the water temp to get in the mid 60s so they can make a run to the bank. The next 3 or 4 weeks is gonna be fun.

Is the live scope hard to set up? Dad and I just got one and are getting it rigged to the boat now.

Not very hard. Pretty much plug and play. Got to find a place out of the way to mount the black box.

Are those white crappie? We only have black crappie around here. Looks like some really nice size ones.

Using jigs or minnows? Think ours is about all done now.

We had a few blacks in this bunch,but for the most part they were white crappie. We do have some hybrid crosses that the conversation turned loose that get really big.
Ours are probably 2-3 weeks from going to the bank Drifter. We were pushing shiners with pink jig heads. What's really fun (or not) is catching a 3-4 foot gar on them 16 foot crappie poles and keep him from tangling up all your lines. You can see one of them in lower left at 10 foot just waiting to create havoc.
