sooooo, I go into our local taco bell....i'm tired, wifes tired,,,thought thatd be an easy supper, just kick back, watch a movie.............I go in, no one to be found..........I stand there at the counter at least 15 minutes............another lady comes in behind me........still no one..................all the while I hear laughing and talking coming from someplace in the back.........I walk out!!

I try to go to tacobells website to file a complaint...........and it says it cant link me to any tacobell site............and they want 15 bucks an hour?? cmon!!

I usually don't complain bout stuff like this........but i'm getting sick of this sense of entitlement when no one wants to put forth any flipping effort!! I made freid baloney sandwiches instead.

It's like this around here. First you go in wait to get waited on then wait for your order always your there so long you think you work there , then you get your bag and leave, after checking your bag you come back because it's not your order then you wait some more and start thinking why me. After a bit they hand you another bag you leave and think never again. After several weeks your driving by and think heh that sounds good and repeat.

They need a "ring bell for service",for when they are in the back eating the monkeyburger.

These fast food joints cater to the drive through folks. They could care less about walk ins anymore. I walked out of a Long John Silvers last year....waited ten minutes and no one took my order. The drive through is priority #1.

Taco Bell is my fast food restuarant of choice if I'm going to do fast food. Dairy Queen if I want a burger. But I don't care what fast food joint you choose, you'll get a lot faster service through the drivethrough than going inside. Burger King in Othello Washington is the only one I've ever been in where there was no one willing to run the register and take my order however. And they weren't even out of sight in the back, they were standing around behind the counter bsing in spanish and blatantly ignore the customers standing in line!

$15 bucks an hour isn't too much to ask, when $1 is worth about $.17 these days!

Nearest Taco Bell is 45 miles away. never been to one dont plan on ever going to one. Hope they get what they want and we will all be Happy

I had to go to 2 different McD's stores in Fla. to get gift certificates for the Grandkids for Christmas. Ignored at the first one, second one the employee had to get a manager out of the back to figure out how to sell a gift certificate. Sad state of affairs. The local McD's in bumfast Nebraska is a well-run establishment.
