I'd have to be some bad starving to eat a boiled chicken foetus.

I've been getting some goose eggs lately, don't see any difference in taste from chicken eggs. Don't forget the bacon, that's on the diet plan also.

You can do this or do what some call a reset. Take a weekend and eat whatever you want in moderation and then start your diet again on Monday. It’s a great way to fire up your stalled metabolism. Good luck

I love duck eggs. Much better than a chicken egg.

Go from low carbs to no carbs for 2 weeks straight and see if that works.

Is it possible to go no carbs?
I would have to quit eating almost everything except meat

Marty,
I don't know which low carb plan you decided to follow, but you can get some more information on the web from:
lowcarbdownunder.com

Lots of videos, you can find info on getting stuck at a plateau when losing weight.

It really is that simple.

It is impossible to out exercise what you eat though so just eat less. Use
THIS LINK to see roughly how many calories a day your body uses. Eat less than that by 500-1000 and it is impossible to not lose.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.--Albert Einstein. Food is energy, so is fat. The less food you eat the more fat you use.

fad diets are not sustainable for 90%+ of people. I know what works for me 65 yoa, 6' and 185# with a 31" waist and I do not exclude carbs from my diet. Most people have little or no focus on real fitness....

What I’ve gleaned from low carb sites. I lost 30 pounds following this. No more than 50 carbs per day.
1. No sugar, cookies, cake or anything made with sugar. Can lead to Dementia.
2. Stay away from grain (pasta) that turn to sugar. No rice.
3. Use good oils like Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, not soybean, corn or canola oils.
4. Cut out potatoes (starchy carb) that turn to sugar.
5. Blueberry, raspberry and strawberry’s are good for you in small amounts.
