My professor in Human Nutrition 300 back in the 70's had this nugget for losing weight: "Expend more calories than you take in".

I'd have to be some bad starving to eat a boiled chicken foetus.

Stalling is quite common on low carb. Adding in more fat seems to be the answer for most. If you go zero carbs for a few months that will do it too. You can do this or do what some call a reset. Take a weekend and eat whatever you want in moderation and then start your diet again on Monday. It’s a great way to fire up your stalled metabolism. Good luck

This is what I followed lost 70lbs , have way more energy than before. Eat hormone free wild caught organic stuff, eat till your full and 60% raw vegetables. Pretty easy to lose weight for me following this. Me too, thats about what I eat. In asia I lost and kept 50 off this way Yup and what I liked about it was eat till your full and don't count calories.
Don't limit your challenges Challenge your limits

It really is that simple. It is impossible to out exercise what you eat though so just eat less. Use THIS LINK to see roughly how many calories a day your body uses. Eat less than that by 500-1000 and it is impossible to not lose. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.--Albert Einstein. Food is energy, so is fat. The less food you eat the more fat you use.

fad diets are not sustainable for 90%+ of people. I know what works for me 65 yoa, 6' and 185# with a 31" waist and I do not exclude carbs from my diet. Most people have little or no focus on real fitness....

I haven't had bread or potatoes for six weeks, eating low carb, no weight loss yet What I’ve gleaned from low carb sites. I lost 30 pounds following this. No more than 50 carbs per day. 1. No sugar, cookies, cake or anything made with sugar. Can lead to Dementia. 2. Stay away from grain (pasta) that turn to sugar. No rice. 3. Use good oils like Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, not soybean, corn or canola oils. 4. Cut out potatoes (starchy carb) that turn to sugar. 5. Blueberry, raspberry and strawberry’s are good for you in small amounts.
