Does anyone have a GOOD suggestion on a Bolt action rifle in 30-06 caliber? Somewhere in the range of $650-800. At least scope mounts and synthetic stock. Stainless steel is ok. Preferred blued barrel. Here we go on the best versus the worst.

What is the normal twist per inch in 30-06 caliber?

For you HOWA fans, anyone else had the screw that holds the bolt stop break off? Happened on the one here. Wondering if that was a fluke or design flaw? Probably a fluke. Those actions are pretty tough. I have seen a rough chamber and forcing cone in 6.5x55 specimen. I heard they had some problems with those guns.
