Reason I ask is because 1 my favorite perfect Heath Tom housecat is eat ok but act very strange like something very wrong like brain damage, I can see something wrong eyes, act unfriendly, not go out enclosed porch nomore, my neighbors with kids who I do not like are not cat lovers, a stray cat 2 years ago was hang around my yard an start feed it outside by bushes an found half beaten death by corner House back bushes, close neighbors, right where see neighbor punk other day ball bat an always leave ball in same spot , housecats never get outside , just wonder if possible if they could zap one my cats though close glass window with any effect, I can't figgure out wrong cat
