True, but here's the issue. In many areas the good ones that will keep their oath are being driven out. The ones remaining will follow orders or else.

I'll be on the blues side as long as they are on my side. Its that simple. Once they start with the so called red flag crap, they are just armed trespassers and will be dealt with as such.

There's a lot of that going around. "Don't Tread On Me!" & "Back The Blue!" are incompatible. Cops are government agents, and government is always using force against the noncompliant.

Sadly this is also true. I expect a defunding of local police and the creation of a national police. Those popo will definitely enforce the "law". Imo.

Actually the ones we conservatives need to support and empower is our local sheriff. In most states the county sheriff is directly elected by his constituents and is the highest law enforcement officer in his county. In this regard he or she trumps the feds and serves a dual role of enforcement of state law but protection of his or her county from all threat including state or federal over reach.

I work on cop cars, and lots of them have "molon labe", "don't tread on me" type patches on their equipment bags, water bottles, etc. I wonder if they know what their job might be. Politicians and police are the only ones with any actual power to do any treading upon.

What if each red voting county in each state were able to field a company sized unit of 100-200 armed citizens?

That would be an army of 250,000 to 500,000.

Yes, I know that over half of those forces would be out of position to effect change in the blue counties.

However, how could the blue ever hope to rule over the red with a army of that size loose in the countryside.

Marx wrote extensively on the need to eliminate Judeo-Christian religion as a major step in reorganizing Western society.
Here we are 150 years later.
Pastors are allowed to be pastors up to the edge of whatever the human powers that be "say so."
The Christian God? What? Really? Lol is what most in our now pagan land would place in their "good riddance" to this law-breaking pastor. Throw the book at this dude who won't follow Caesar.

It has been a steady, methodical march to human achievement in our lifetime, and the vast majority of poorly educated Americans in all things history, just think we are plucked into a world stage and "it is what it is." Pass the salsa and chips and hand me another beer wouldja.

Society is a fabric of many things, most of which - if they are wholesome and moral - are cast overboard in today's culture.

As always, the remnant will arise as promised.

It’s coming to the US
Just wait and see

Very few pagans in the U.S. Mark. Need to go to Iceland or England. Even there the number is small. Pagans pose no threat to your belief. They are a live and let live bunch from what I have seen.

Communists are a different story. They wont tolerate any religion. At least The Soviet Union did not. China has never bothered Buddhists much. Some other religions have been persecuted there. Both places are starting to tolerate religion. Russian Orthodoxy is coming back. Still no love in Russia for Jews.

This mask thing is beyond getting old. Everywhere. Not just Church. Some really gullible people in this world.

There are a huge number of pagans by strict definition of irreligious or not professing Christian.
China most definitely persecuted both Christians and Muslims with concentration camps.

Question, why persecute that which is not true or a threat?

America is a very religious nation because Americans place faith in all sorts of worshipping.
Everyone has faith here in the land of the free and home of the brave it seems.
"What's in your wallet?" is catchy and so true.

The only reason it didn't happen here , [if it didn't ] is that the proper combination of grand standing famous Pastor and grand standing Mayor / health dept was never achieved . There are several cities in the US that would have done the same thing to that pastor . The state of California might have also . I would be entirely surprised if it hasn't happened here it just wasn't as dramatic or publicised. There have been many stories from across America were police have showed up to services to either shut them down or enforce edicts by the covid Nazis. It just never
quite progressed this way .
