Our regulations when it comes to water trapping are very liberal.
I’d like to hear some examples of Missouri’s “stupid “ water trapping laws.

To trap water in Missouri - it requires a permit from USACE - stupid law -

But not all water.....only if it is a 3 dot stream. Now the critters that most folks think of as furbearers......Missouri has pretty good laws about trapping them.

No exposed bgs. Forgive me I shouldn't have chimed in, as I am mostly ignorant on the issue. I've just read others complaining before.

DOT3 = Dept of Transportation Land along a navigable waterway, ie: Mississippi/Missouri Rivers that is owned/controlled by the Army Corps of Engineers, but I have never heard of a special permit required to trap. But, The State of Mo requires a special use permit on land they Admin.
