I live down here because I like humidity, 11 months of mosquitoes, venomous snakes, and gravy being considered a food group.

Back when I was a kid. Me and my buddies, would walk the bayou’s , with or pellet guns and shoot water moccasins. One shot one kill! Cut the heads off and hang them from or belts. They would still try and get us with out their heads!! Good old days!

We do not have near enough snakes then because we are overrun with yanks....the kind that will not go back!

I made it in the North for several summers as a teenager, figured out quick the Nothern boys had no game for talking with wimmin'....Plus they were pasty white, and the girls liked the southern accent.

I swore when I joined the military I’d never come back, lol. I hate Summer’s more as I get older. Always enjoy “our” cold, but I don’t think I’d enjoy living in my house during the winter months or worrying about body parts falling off if I stayed outside too long.
I get along with gators and snakes and they make Thermacells for mosquitoes, so here I am.

Well ideally, live in the north in summer, it's 70 today, and south in the winter, some place where folks got good conservative values, and isnt over run with libs would be nice. And there's no people, that would be nice. lol.

There's 3500 people in my whole county...about 40 miles wide 45 hight not including that big lake and the North West Angle. There's lots of room here to get away from folks. And there's not just a few southerners that have chosen to move up here too.

Bikini season start about March and ends about the end of September in these parts....dang the heat.
