Kind of a cross between a silver fish and a centipede. Can’t recall the name.

Looks like a common house centipede. We get a few in our basement and garden. Always give me the heebie geebies when they surprise me.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

My wife says that when she was a kid they would say don’t let them see your teeth or they’ll rot out.

If you want to see how many spiders and Thousand Leggers you have in your home, go to Home Depo or such and buy glue boards there really cheap for what they do.
Lay flat along your basement wall or under hi dy spots . Come back in a month and see what you find.

I change mine out about every month and a 1/2 Amazes me how many spiders you will have in them

We "squarsh" them with extreme prejudice around here. It takes a big work boot and a lot of speed and pressure. Not because they are tough, but because they are extra creepy.

Those things are like having a tiny inch and a half long tiger roaming your house eating the stuff that actually hurts something. I do not kill them and I encourage others not to either.

You all are grown men. Man up.

It is the same as the weasel in the fur shed.
