I just a call for another beaver problem. I was in this area and had taken a dozen beaver out of this spot. I got an early start so I could catch semi quality beaver. It's a spot where they come and plug a township road culvert. I really thought I was done. 3 weeks later the culvert is plugged again. I will go back in but really don't like taking beaver when they are horrible condition. I feel like I am shooting myself in the foot. I could be taking these beaver this fall when the are better quality.

If you are worried about that, you aren’t charging enough.

It's only a couple minute drive and make more than I ever would selling a top graded beaver. I just like to take them when I can get quality fur and the bounty.

LOL, just got a call tonight myself. They must have just moved in as they weren't there when I was trapping in April. I don't mind as the ranchers always treat me right in the winter and we don't have a very good beaver anyway. Maybe I'll finally butcher a few for meat.
