Pre Roe v Wade moral teachings were highly effective. I graduated in 1980 small rural community:
7th grader had a baby
8th grader had a baby
9th grade 2 babies
10th grade 2 babies
11th grade 1 baby
12th grade 3 babies

Know of numerous abortions pre and post Roe. When they were illegal they still happened.

Yes this is true however if the mother's life is in mortal danger because she is going through a back alley abortion it sure cuts down on them. Now a days all those children would most likely have been aborted. I would like to see what social worth those children born have now and what their loved ones would think if you were to kill them at their present age. You helped prove a point. LLL

I agree, it should be settled on that. Not on the Bible or we open whole nother can of worms. The only reason I brought that up is the posts referring to the Bible and on that my opinion is like I stated, and the constitutions states.....separation of Church and State.

Illegal and risk didn't stop them and won't. I don't agree with abortion laws but laugh at the idea of the moral teaching concept and or parent. I also want to add some where earlier someone stated the girls-women being responsible, which I agree with but also so should be the males as well. Humans are going to to have sex, period.

Like it or not most of those couples are white and want white babies. The rest are homosexuals. Something most anti abortion people don't like either.

As one small example here in Dallas, I school with families with the other 169 families in our married housing. Average age is 34.
48% are mixed race marriages.
22% are mixed race adoptive parents.

By 2050, 1/2 of those in America will not have been born here according to the Census data. The days of any particular ethnic race in America being non-integrated is a perverse lie of our times.

I have friends that adopted 2 Chinese babies.

Another set of friends adopts and fosters many children all the time. They currently have 8 adopted children living with them. Probably another 10 adopted that are now married or in college.

Ya mean by not using the jillions types of birth control that are available for free or next to nothing ? Get real. Abortion is a barbaric practice that needs to go the way of lobotomies .

Except birth control is not being used. There is even a day after pill now. I dont like abortion either. Making it illegal again wont change anything. Will be as effective as laws against prostitution and meth amphetamine.

Like it not another fact of life is teen agers are going to copulate. Take em to church every day and they will still do it. Probably in the church basement or a closet. Telling them they are defective somehow if they want birth control, or get pregnant is why there is so much abortion. Girls used to go help a great aunt care for an aging uncle when they got pregnant. At least that was the story for neighbors when they went to the home for unwed mothers. A place to hide from the neighbors till the baby was born. Prostitutes went to DRs and even medical students willing to break the law. I guess we could bring all that back. Build even more prisons......

It really is unspeakable, particularly the late term abortions. There is something incredibly wrong with a human being that can participate in that. Speaking primarily of the provider.

He's been whispering & weaving that same backwards plan (beasts ruling over humans vs. the original creation plan of humans as ambassadors over the birds, fish, and beasts) since the 1st Garden.

If you really want to make it a crime again it will require a constitutional amendment. It is very unlikely the supremes will ever say Roe V Wade was the wrong judgement.

Except humans are NOT being eliminated. Population is growing at an astonishing rate. I thought there for a couple weeks covid was going to kill a bunch of us off. Sooner or later something will.

Say what? 60 million (we're told) and counting. I'd say unless proven otherwise, aborted humans are eliminated > defined as "gone" from earth.
