Yigal Yehoshua was lynched. He was 56 years old with a wife and two children. He was one of six brothers in a close-knit family.

An Arab mob set upon him as he drove to his home in Lod, one of Israel's mixed cities where violence exploded last week.

Yigal was stoned and beaten, apparently just because he was a Jew, in a community that turned ugly overnight.

I advise Hamas to rethink their attacks on Israel. Israel does not have a losing record and they tend to win in the very early rounds of their fights.

History is littered with memories of people and people groups who sought to obliterate Israel yet Israel remains.

Alan Dershowitz was on the radio the other day talking about the Palestinians. I never knew these people were offered their own state maybe 6 or 8 times, and always found a way to refuse it and keep fighting. This is going back into the sixties? The Greeks, the Hellenists, were the great philosophers > 2500 years ago and we still teach their methodology today. Their word psyche (life) was spent by great thinkers of logic (philosophers) attempting to make sense of their world, the dark period they had just come from, and all things future.
Our culture values achievement and success as the Hellenists valued intellect to paint a picture.
