I looked on YouTube, or the videos I found on the handgun, one guy drilled the three holes and filed off some material in two places and it was ready, less work or milling than the ar-15
The Glock 17 unfinished lower was 100$

make sure you write your letter to the ATF , there are about 60 days left for comment on the ATF re-classification to require you to take all personally made firearms to a license of the ATF to receive a serial number and be registered.
