So I’m in the gym today, got done with my workout and got on the treadmill to watch the Hunting Public on YouTube when this young lady walks in. She’s young, maybe 19-22 and weighs maybe 95-100lbs soaking wet. She proceeds to take the bar off the flat bench and load it up with a 45 on each side making it 135#. She then digs in her little back pack and pulls out what almost looks like shooting tabs and then starts deadlifting with perfect form.
I’m in between watching my videos and keeping an eye on her. She gets done with that first set and adds a 10 to each side. She gets done with that set and takes the 10’s off and adds 25’s. Now we’re up to 185. Again perfect form. I thought dang that’s impressive! Then she takes the 25’s off and adds 35’s, so now we’re up to 205# for a girl that can’t weigh more than 100#. She does another full set of 10 then goes up front for about 5 minutes or so, then comes back and works sets in reverse order.
Talk about impressed!! Heck, I just do 135 for one set of 10 of both squats and deadlifts every day before walking after my normal workouts and it kicks my tail!! This little chick just tired me out from just watching her.
I would have swore she couldn’t even lift the bar off the bench, lol!!

Possibly, but real tall and skinny. I could’ve picked her up with one hand and benched her.

Better not tell her about Leary or rumor will get out and half of Georgia will be moving to the Outer Banks.

I bet you her actual weight would blow you away. I took my daughter ( to her sports physical. I figured the same that she might be 105 maybe 110. When they weighed her I about flipped when the nurse said 162. Muscle weighs more than fat.

My two girls were gymnasts, this sport will build serious body strenght...but it is very very expensive sport. Could have bought my self a brand new vehicle every three years with money spent on this sport. Kind of glad this is done and over with.

I can guess the weight of cattle, horse, or other men but I avoid the subject of a womans weight all together. As far as gymnastics being a money pit round up a mess of hot cow peonies that your kids and foster kids can be competitive on, a trailer long enough to load them all with livin space in the front and a truck enough to yank it all up and down the road and you might raise more gymnasts LOL
