I have a bunch in my home garden with still tender and clear leaves I'm going to pick and dry soon. I have a few people who want it... How can ANY smoke be good for your lungs? We have several "foraging" type Facebook groups here and 99% of the folks parrot all manner of crap they read/hear. I hear all the time how the Native Americans used it for centuries, um, it is an import, so they must have got it from those pesky Pilgrams as soon as those folks hit Cape Cod.

Yes it does work , cause I had breathing problems back after what I think was covid and it healed it up . I gave it to my wife with breathing problems from her allergies and it's helping her .
