Have never been in a gunfight myself, but every one I saw on TV usually ended when one side ran out of bullets. They then throw their now useless weapon at whoever is still coming for them and run. It will just be the few elite rich and powerful people fighting for as much power as they can get. I think a lot of them at the top know it's coming and are fighting to be at the top when the smoke clears.
