Nice to see, we are a good 3 weeks out yet. Lots of flowers and green berries, but hot now, dry and windy so I will need to water them. I have two small patches and the one on the better dirt with more compost is by far better. I have some work to do.

I have a couple turning red today, so my 3 weeks off was too far off. I watered the one patch last night and they started turning. Looks to be a good crop this year. Fungus should stay low if we stay dry this season.
Will water the other patch today.

Why not strawberry jam?? Something that has some substance to it. Jelly (any type) is so plain and boring. smile. IMO.

It’s a texture thing. Nobody here likes their toast condiment to feel like flesh or crunch like bird seed.

Ah, it is a Maryland. As far as I’m concerned there isn’t anything better than picking strawberry seeds out of your teeth. Hum, raspberry seeds might be better!!

To each his own. smile
