I need to add some of that to our collection. Been meaning to for years but it's pricey.

Ain't getting any cheaper though.

Eh...wot?

Boss man you think you can post your recipe on the cooking forum? When I get to catching beaver again I would like to give it a try.

I might try coon in my Traeger smoker someday. If they are as good pork ribs with a rub then six hours at 225 degrees. Last half hour baste with bbq sauce.

Oh man! That is some great looking stew Boss! I am setting this thread aside in my memory so I can copy your stew come cooler weather. It was stifflingly hot and muggy here today. Stew is cold weather stuff up here. Sure looks mouth watering, thanks for the tutorial, Boss.

I think I'll make a batch of beaver stew for the NC convention Friday feed this year.

Well if you do that just adds to the reasons I wish I could have been there. Every time I leave NC I know I will miss the people and I'd like to someday tell you how much your dad's writings helped me as a young trapper. Back in the day, rock stars took a back seat to men who would publish their secrets to success like your dad did.

I'd let my buddies borrow books and publications but they knew not returning them would amount so a butt whoopin of Bibical proportion LOL
