After Hurricane Sandy I had a claim in South NJ down on the coast and I met an "odd" couple. They had about 30 cats in and outside of their home which was built next to a marsh. Standing on their porch with 3 or 4 big tom cats lickin their own butts on the rail they told me they built that home to facilitate their retirement and bird watching which was their favorite free time activity.

Of course will all those cats, the feeders and nesting boxes they had put up were now un-used. Get this- they said they were sad b/c there were no longer any birds around and it was because of global warming. I made sure to say good by and face my pickup before my eyes rolled. How simple can people be anyway?
