Just paid two men $300 to wash every window and screen, inside and out. Took them about 90 minutes. End result was flawless. I can wash a storm door window for days and not get it spotless.

My hat is off to those two guys. They had the equipment, the technique, and the skills to get up to the second floor windows, and leave them all spotless.

Don’t know anything about gutters but assume quality and workmanship are worth a lot. People don’t want to work hard anymore and lots of trades are hurting. Try to hire a window washer trainee. Bet you can’t.

Wow I wish I get that, I just clean mine tree buds sat, dangerous on ladder, 2-3 times a year is all do, I also got channel on carport clean out if ever rains

There is an gutter cleaning outfit here by the name of Ned Stevens , their trucks are painted orange with the business name and logo. All they do is clean gutters , no installs or repairs just cleaning. They are based out of New Jersey I believe. I've seen their trucks all over the tri-state area. Good sized company. I know of several people who have paid them $300 for a 2 story house with two 50' straight runs and downspouts. More complicated and taller houses are more. I've heard of mini mansions with multiple rooflines costing $500-$1000 or more for a clean out.

When I do ADC work I have gotten $150-$300 to clean gutters as an add-on only when I have already put my ladders up to access the roof. Easy sell , easy for me because I am already on the roof. I've also made $100-$250 to remove old TV antennas as well. Most people will gladly pay for this as they may terrified of heights and don't own a tall ladder. In somewhat of defence of these prices , most houses in my area are at least 2 stories and taller. Very few single story houses here. I also live in a very expensive area and any service industry company charges quite a bit.

$800 for 100 feet is a lower quote than I got. Mine wanted $400 for 21 feet and one downspout. I did it myself with a seam for $110. To do over I'd just pay him the $400.

I used to be able to get seamless gutters installed for $7/ft. Downspouts were $7 a foot as well. My guy was also willing to drop them on the ground for $2.10 a foot if I wanted to install them myself. He called me this week and added a $1 a foot to each. The price of materials is going up.

I own a small business with 4 employees and if I was to do a job for $800 I would have to be in and out in 4 hours to make any real money. The price of running a business with fuel, labor, equipment and insurance is crazy. Sounds like a good deal for doing the gutters on your house. But I'm no gutter man

When getting estimates I have 3 guys come out at the same time so they can see their competition
Really works out good on timber bids, had 4 men give me a bid at the same time
Bids went from 45,000-111,000, big difference there.
Good luck.

The price is fair in my opinion. My experience is that you put the hundred into the repair and then end up calling back in a year or so to get the gutter. My father runs into this all the time. Do yourself a favor a favor and have them put up. DONE. That $100 will turn into $200 next year plus your labor. Seamless is one and done. The only thing I guess I may question is a single down spout on a 50ft run. Not saying it isn't the right thing to do depending on run-off location.
