I shot a bear once on my yard that was causing a bunch of problems. It was really big and I didn’t have a way to move it. So I decided to just burn it. Well, only the hair burn’t and after the flames went out, it looked exactly like that pig!
Cold as ice!

Love a good hog roast. Now, we split all of ours down the middle to help it cook more evenly and faster. Yup!, this ^^^^

You get that porky at nadlers? No, Ive done the killing at Higginsville locker for 25 years. My cousin asked if I wanted to split a whole hog with him for the freezer. I said well heck yes. We deboned it this morning

Did you have him tied on a spit or just roast on the grate? Right on the grate. There's stands in the smokehouse that will cook 4 at a time

Nice gambrel, you make that? Had my buddy weld up a couple for deer very similar Good looking hog, I love the cheek meat most of all
