I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I should have been able to get that. When my boy made the HS National Finals we were out there and the caps were still white in the middle of July

Grand Tetons.
Lots of late snow in the west this year.

This video was just a couple days ago at the lake property, elevation 4200 feet. Two inches of new wet snow on the 7th.

Obviously the Tetons in the background. Looks like Jenny Lake in the foreground to me.

That's Mt Moran in Teton/Yellowstone National Park I'd say that anyone who visits Yellowstone (if you drive in from Jackson) has stopped and taken that picture. That spot is along the Snake River at a place called the Oxbow bend, for obvious reasons. I did some research and learned that standing where that photo was taken, Mt Moran is 12 miles away.
