Not so long ago Federal sold bulk Black Box 1600 round boxes of .22s with a rebate I bought 2 boxes I should bought 4 but it came out cheaper per round for 2 boxes. If I only knew what they would be worth now. LOL

Not a bad time to move old inventory if you have a lot like I did, just hope it goes down in the future but still kept a lot for myself so I’m still good.

Every time I go in our local walmart I usually go by sporting goods, hadn't seen any 22lr in months. It's hit and miss here, I go mid week, early morning. I have enough to shoot skeet for a long time. I don't buy any .22 unless its Walmart price. I have bricks of Blazer with a sticker of $24.95 and not that old.
you're only allowed so many sunrises... I aim to see every one of them!

Just bought three boxes of Federal .22 shells,325 packs for $18 a box at Wallyworld the other day. The rimfires I run LOVE that ammo. I avoid wallyworld but if I do go into one it I'd usually thru the automotive or landscaping entrance and then str8 to sporting goods to see if that exact ammo is available.
They used to have the Fed Lightning where you find that and my auto loaders (model 60s and 10/22s) run like sewing machines on the old lightning bricks too

Just bought three boxes of Federal .22 shells,325 packs for $18 a box at Wallyworld the other day. Found the same ammo at our local Walmart today. They had 6 boxes left when I was there at 1:30 this afternoon. Bought my limit of 3. Chris

I saw 10 bricks sell at a farm auction a couple weeks ago. Average price was 85 dollars a brick and most were Remington golden bullets.

Not that long ago I bought a whole case (5000) for less than it would cost for two of those bricks. It was right around $150 shipped for the same ammo. They are one of the best shooting bulk 22's in my opinion.
At those prices I should sell 20 bricks but they don't eat anything and take up little space.
