Awesome! What's the weight on that thing? Those two were between 250-300. Did not get exact weight.

Great job! I'll bet she was awfully excited. You have the most wonderful daughters, all of them. Thank you Paul it means a lot! This hunt was a reward for Isabel she just graduated highschool a week after earning an Associates Degree. Two weeks from now her mom and her are taking a road trip to Graceland for her reward from her mom.

Nice job!
I was not aware people let domestic pigs out of their pens into a bigger pen and people paid to shoot em.
hmmmmmmmmm They do. This location you can shoot deer, buffalo, russian boar, and the pigs pictured. Obviously not a "real hunt" but great for entertaining city boy customers and great chance for a young one to get a first large game kill in an controlled environment. Plus the meat is great! With the current market for pork in my area not much of an up charge either.

There are a few pigs running around n of here on the creek occasionally, that escaped from pigs farms. I wouldnt call em feral, more like escapees. I dont have anything against shooting em. They dont last long.
Those are domestic pigs somebody let out in a big pen so people could pay to shoot. Pigs are easy to train to hotwire, before you let em out, easy to keep in after. We used to have an englishman down the road who ran hundreds of sows behind a single hotwire that was knee high.
I think its a good way to make some extra coin. I have to ask, now big was the pen they were in?
Doesnt matter really, im sure its illegal here in colorado anyway, just like most things that r fun. 100 acre fenced property.

Thanks for the reply.
I think it is a great business opportunity for someone who had the land and time to pull it off. What type of fencing was used to contain the animals?
it is 4k to kill a buffalo a few miles down the road from here.
