A person can always scrap a bicycle out. Some parts might be worth cash on their own. If cheap steel frame, place that along with other light steel in that scrap pile. A good scrapper is always thinking and trying new options. People that want to do as little work as possible usually get the least coin for their efforts. Sound familiar...
