Law Dog my original plan was to rebuild the little ranger i liked so much. Buy a crate motor with a 100,000 mile warranty and an aftermarket chip to give it a few more pony's. However my wife crashed it right after I had the brakes completely replaced. Everything but the master cylinder it was still pretty new. The front end was all gone through as well. About 3 grand and change. I thought about looking for another and making one out of two but decided against it. I kept my dakota. Has a lot of miles now and some rust. It should stay close to home now. Or get a lot of money spent on it. If somebody shows up with a handful of hundred dollar bills I could be talked into selling it. It has no mechanical problems just a lot of miles. A lot of them off road miles.

I looked for about a year and finally my new boss, he hadn't started the job yet, put his up for sale.
2010 2500 HD with a new flatbed...more.truck than I needed but it was the only 1 I could find. Looks like
a new 1 and he wouldn't get it muddy. Told him he better take a pic cause he would never see it that clean
again...lol

I just wonder how many 2021 are actually sitting there waiting for chips. Will the 22 be waiting for them or are they going to make those at normal capacity and sit them in the lot

I would think after sitting outside with weather snd rodent for several months, not running, theyre gonna have some problems. How would you like to be the insurance company if a hailstorm or twister moved through?

I don't know what the problem is dodge has lots full of trucks. Ford and gm none. There are no trucks within 200 miles of my house what gives I have never seen the car lots this empty in my life.

Trd off Rd comes in a manual with rear locker but only in the 5 foot bed 4 door option, is that the traction option you're referring to? I just bought a manual trd off Rd in December.

My year 2018 the crawl control option only came on the TDR Off Road auto models the stick option was available on the TDR Sport models but not the Off Road ones. I don't see that the crawl control option is even offered now that I could tell but the Stick is offered in 2020 it looks like but not seeing the crawl control option?

I "built one" at the Toyota site to see the options but did not see the Crawl control option but see its offered in 2021 one site said? Pretty sure its on autos only its hands and foot free when its engaged it has a bunch of controls up where the map lights are above the driver, go to YouTube to see it in action its pretty cool.

Found it on the Toyota site only listed on the off road models and only autos I pretty sure because of how it works, it also came with the locking rear axle to boot.

Too much garbage, totally Unnecessary garbage for a vehicles main function, haul your butt down the road.

Computers systems are top of that list.

I've sent my 2019 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 back to the dealership for the third time for the rear window leaking. At this point I'm requesting a buyback/replacement since this seems to be factory defect that breaks the window frame. I noticed the dealership had one LT model on the lot and one LTZ(not in white) on the lot and that was it for new trucks. They told me they just got them and they would be sold within a week. If they buy it back I'm expecting the same truck as a replacement but their website shows some of the features I've got as not available and I'm being told its due to supply shortages of components.

I just went by the KY Speedway off I-71. There are tens of thousands of Ford pick ups being warehoused out in the weather there. I assume 2021’s waiting on parts (chips).
The greenies and business papers have been lavishing praise on the CEO of Ford over his electric pick up that will be available in ten years and has already 10,000 pre-orders. This from a guy that is stockpiling current production missing parts.
When this inventory hits the market, will they be a buy, or a basket of lemons?

I put 5 grand into my little D50 about 9 years ago still running well today I’d go cross country with it no problem saved me a lot on truck and insurance payments paid for itself over the first few years

They put so much junk on them now they try to sell you several different types of coverage plans not just a single coverage plan like before.

Then had to find a dealer to order it. They all wanted to sell me what was already on their lot but no one had what I had specked out. Finally found a dealer in Olathe that would order it. I dont think they make as much as they would like when you do that. Told me it would take 10 weeks to get but only took about 6. So far I like it better everytime I drive it. Window sticker said made for Danny Clifton on top. kinda cheezy but I liked it anyway.

:aw Dog,
The stick comes with the TRD Off Road package, the V6 with the 6 speed manual transmission. What I wish I would have held out for, but I got a really good deal on a four cylinder 5 speed. Not completely happy with it though, super high geared, and the idiot traction control sucks. If I keep it I'll probably end up putting a dual transfer case in it, and locking differentials. If you need something lower than low range for crawling I would go with a manual and put a dual transfer case in it over getting an automatic transmission. With a dual transfer case you can crawl in low-low much better than the auto tranny.

Went by the Ford dealership yesterday and the lot was overflowing with pickups, but then they are not a truck.
