It's been 3 or 4 weeks since we've had any real decent rainfall. Lawn is brown, been watering the garden and new apple trees.

Last night we got 1.9 inches of rain in a few hours. And lightning, constant. Quite a show.

We did lose power, but it came back in a few hours. No damage in our yard and nothing around us that was terribly obvious.

Good to hear.

Here too! There are only puddles where ponds once pooled. Hope our favorite rodents ain’t drying up yet.

Feel for you folks...we're dry, but got a few decent rains lately. Hopen you get more soon...the rivers and lakes are really low...you can walk lots of the marshes and swamps in sneakers

We’re supposed to get 1-3” between tonight and Monday morning. Hope that happens too. Planting dove fields today!!

Good for you Kyle. We got .25 inches. I was up north for 3 days fishing and they received nothing. Really hit or miss. We have not had quite 1 inch in about 5 weeks. Choosing which parts of the garden to water and letting the lawn go brown. It will come back but the veggies won't.
