Working on a highway job. Highway is only one lane. Stop light on each end of the construction. I am hauling out of there. Every other round or so at least one dummy follows me off the open lane into the construction. Right around all the barricades, mindlessly following the vehicle in front of them. Its common for them to get out of their vehicle and ask somebody what they need to do. Very common.

I think if most people today tried to immigrate from Europe to the new world of 200 years ago or cross the country in a steer pulled wagon, they wouldnt last a week. Its not hard to see why communist ideology is getting so popular. People like the idea of someone else making all their decisions for them. Its not scary like having to fend for and think for yourself.

This reminds me of a stretch of I 90 between Murdo and Rapid city a few years ago. Even a lot of truck drivers that should know better end up on their side.

Yep. I saw that on my way to CO for the late elk hunt. The freeway would be slick with lots of wind. Some semi drivers were smart and would pull over or slow down. Saw plenty of them over the years laying on their side.
