The acerage in NC is a service center and not farmland.

Interesting, what that says and what actually is, seem quite different. With all the corporate hog farms and such. I'm second tier county in Missouri, south of the Iowa line, lots of corporate hog farms in North missouri "aka" Smithfield, which is owned by China. Matter of fact China is the largest landowner in my county ( sullivan county). That was geared toward the corporations, as for average folk, if ground is for sale and you want it,as long as you can come up with the money you can buy it
