Had a transient living in one of my guest house, that I do not know about. I have a description to 911. WA now says that the cop can not do anything to help unless it is a felony. So even if they pass the person on the way to the call,,, I am (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman)

I'd say it's time to defend your property. By selling out and moving to a freedom loving state.

Now something can done Awesome, too bad nothing will happen to him, but at least he's out. I hope you have better luck in the future, keep up on your laws and use them to the best of YOUR ability!

If you shoot him, a felony would be committed. Not when your life Is being threatened . I'm sure there was a tire iron or some other dangerous item he was being threatened with when being surprised by his thieving trespasser.

Shoot, shovel, and shut-up is only three words. Four if you count "and". Sounds like to populated for that. I believe he was referring to "I was scared for my life"

Want the police to show?
Walk into your back yard to phone and it goes like this....
Police, can I help you?
You: can you come over to so and so address and remove a squatter from my rental?
Police: sorry sir, we can't do that.
You: ( after firing 2-3 rounds into the ground so they could hear them) Ok, I have it under control.
I bet they beat you to the address. He is in Washington state. Even if he used firecrackers he would still end up with a ticket and detained at a minimum while the cops not only watch the squatter walk right by with his stolen property they would also probably offer him a ride to tha pawn shop.

I used to spend a lot of time in Eastern Washington every year and the people there were great. It is obvious that they are being outvoted by the trash in the biggest cities just like what happens in a lot of states. Sad deal

lots and lots of places are doing less policing it leads to more crime but since they stopped reporting on crime numbers because they don't answer the call it looks good on paper Had a transient living in one of my guest house, that I do not know about. I have a description to 911. WA now says that the cop can not do anything to help unless it is a felony. So even if they pass the person on the way to the call,,, I am (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman)
when you have roaches you have to fumigate and change the locks every door now needs 2 dead bolts , 1 that needs a key from both sides

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
