Back when you didnt need permission to buy dynamite nobody I knew ever blew up anything they were not supposed to the 1927 Bath school bombing School board member looses election for town treasurer and blows up the school and drives up to the principal and sets of the case of dynamite in his truck killing them both https://www.smithsonianmag.com/hist...cas-deadliest-school-massacre-180963355/But on the flip side we had the OK City bombing with all the current laws in place. They were founded to give something for the "Revenuers" to do after the 21st Amendment was passed. And technically the are the ATFE. I always like to add the "E" as I think it irritates them because they're not one of the "cool" three letter agencies. I call them the "BATFETLBQ"
