I have a #14 Oneida victor trap with a V cut in the pan it's also got teeth on the jaws does anyone know the year they were made that way?

1925 until some time in the early 1970s when Victor stopped make toothed traps. A very common trap, IMO

Now, if it was a #13 or better yet a #12….. then you are talking a fair amount of money.
