Looks very good and I only have two zuc pants but with this heat and rain it is something to keep up. Goats will get a couple. Bryce

Just use your favorite lasagna dish and substitute. It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

maintenanceguy trapper Joined: Mar 2019 Posts: 1,497 Southern NJ	Wife and I took a bunch of teens from church camping a few weeks ago.I made fried zucchini one night: sliced in disks, dipped in flour and egg, and dipped in a mix of panco bread crumbs and parmesan. Fry in oil until brown. Every kid didn't want to try the zucchini. Yuck. But they all tried it and were surprised how good it was. There was none left. Lesson learned: all vegetables are good if you coat with with enough stuff that they don't taste like vegetables. -Ryan

~ADC~ The Count Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 16,379 Iowa	LOL, 100% from scratch Ness. Only thing I do that's cheating is buying stir fry vegetables (that I add to the raw veggies I already have) and I use an electric rice cooker to cook the rice before I stir fry it.
