Do you use the same seasonings and other ingredients in your zucchini dish as when one uses pasta?
Looks very good and I only have two zuc pants but with this heat and rain it is something to keep up. Goats will get a couple.
Bryce The grilled zucchini….just replaces the lasagna pasta noodles. Just use your favorite lasagna dish and substitute.

Wife and I took a bunch of teens from church camping a few weeks ago.I made fried zucchini one night: sliced in disks, dipped in flour and egg, and dipped in a mix of panco bread crumbs and parmesan. Fry in oil until brown.
Every kid didn't want to try the zucchini. Yuck.
But they all tried it and were surprised how good it was. There was none left.
Lesson learned: all vegetables are good if you coat with with enough stuff that they don't taste like vegetables.

LOL, 100% from scratch Ness. Only thing I do that's cheating is buying stir fry vegetables (that I add to the raw veggies I already have) and I use an electric rice cooker to cook the rice before I stir fry it. Good job, ADC.
