[quote=Northof50]When you open your account walleyed you will see a separate area where shipping was =$ 12.00 we have a depo in Winnipeg so there is no shippers charge when we drop off.
49er back off Beav when he retired that 12 $ was big money back then, he has just not moved forward with $4 gasoline expenses now.
No that was this spring and I charged $200.00 to set It up and only made one check and was gone. I caught 23 rats In one check. $476.00 and I was 15 miles from home. And I still have the rats.

I think the mag is 5$ Canadian when and if they print one. Going to have to ship a couple of red squirrels next year to pay for one. It is mostly about Ontario too. Like I care.

There were $8 and $7 rats in the last sale but this one the tops were down $1-$2 dollars and only 30 cents off on a grade for a 3xl rat. square inches game for rats. Too bad average coons could not be used more for lining etc.,at least from a square inch aspect they would be worth something. If the yote market gets hit due to CG and other issues then the lower 2/3rd of the yote catch will be impacted a lot. Here in WI with Decent rats. OK coons, beaver average minus to poor yotes, smaller wild mink, poor grinners, decent reds, few greys, the options get limited if one is trapping for money. This is not the first time fur was difficult to sell let alone make money on and it most likely won't be the last. If one kept the rats and castors and left all the rest lay on the land one would not be out much money, but then is that why I trap?
