I’ve been seeing a lot of threads lately on high gas prices so I thought I would share an easy way to save money at the pump. I have been getting on average about 15 cents back per gallon every time I buy gas by using the “getupside” app. I’ve been using it for about 2 years now and everybody I mention it to has never heard of it so I figured some of you on here would find it useful, especially if you drive alot. You can use promo code ZWNMC when you sign up for an extra 15 cents back per gallon on first fillup.

What station or brand?

Every area is different on which stations have it but most bp and marathon do plus a bunch of others. Best to download the app and it will show a map with participating gas stations in your area.

One thing I forgot to mention about it is that the amount you get back at a station is always changing. Could be 3 cents in the morning and 18 cents that afternoon

Lots of businesses have some type of rewards card. The businesses exist to make money. So somehow collecting your personal information by promising you a "discount", makes them more money. If you ask them how it increases profit you get a deer in the headlights look. I suspect they are charging a normal competitive price after you get the card and in reality getting your information for free. Then selling it to other marketers. I don't think I want to play. I fact I use cash a lot. Use a card and guess what?

A couple of Amish boys who left for a different life worked for my Sons in northern Nebraska for awhile but they didn't stick around long. They had a lot of catching up to do. They were wanting to be on the rodeo circuit.

Old trapping partner grew up as a Mennonite. Discovered bull riding whiskey and buckle bunnies. I dont think his family was real impressed.
