Anyone tried em? Got a favorite recipe?

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom - go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Yes! My favorite recipes is "when ripe, pull from the vine and insert in mouth." Delicious! Especially the Sunsugar variety.

Whoops! I just saw you said "pickled." I thought it said "picking."

LOL I do em like that too. They going wild this year and about to be covered in em. These are the sweet 100 variety. [Linked Image] Growing using 5 gallon buckets. About 8 foot tall and sending them back the other way now.

I did it a few years back when I had tons of green ones late in the season. They were never going to be ripe before the killing frost so I did up a bunch of pints. Just got a recipe off the internet. They were ok.

I made them. Got the recipe from Google somewhere, sorry I can't seem to find it now.
We didn't care for snacking on them, but... adding a few to a homemade pasta sauce REALLY kicked up the tomato flavors and added a tangy note that was quite pleasant. Worth doing for that reason only, I'll be making them again

Just happy to be here.
