At the NTA this year, my wife and I stopped by Paul's booth to meet him and to buy his newest book. While we were there, Paul offered us some of his smoked salmon cheese ball and crackers. It was great and the best either of us had ever had. I only wish we had fresh salmon in Iowa, so we could make some of the Dobbins cheeseballs too!
Thanks for sharing Paul, it was our pleasure to meet you and thanks for signing the book as well.
