I ordered a yellow handle Dexter chefs knife 2 weeks ago , I liked it when I got it so I ordered another

I had been thinking the price seems low for what it is they only had one yellow at 22 dollars , the red was 24

I hadn't had a bad Dexter knife and I could return it if I didn't like it , so not out anything to try a deal.

the first knife was an 8 inch yellow handle

then I ordered a red one black was more white was 10 dollars more

you can see Amazon thinks they sent a red 8 inch

makes me wonder how many 10 inch knives they put in 8 inch packaging before realizing it

I like 10 inch and I am keeping it just thought it was interesting

Dexter does make a very useable chefs knife for the money , I have kids moving out so I am putting together some kitchen essentials for them

Good for you Pete!

I also want to say it is a Good Dad thing you are doing to help out your kids when they take the big jump out of the nest. Way to go!

Dexter is one of my First choices when online buying.
Never had a bad one.

thanks , the were down to 6 or so of each color last time I looked

I just thought it interesting they had a 10 inch knife in 8 inch packaging obviously they use the 8-10 inch clam shell for both knives with a different paper inside figured that may have been why the bargain price

I have been buying a lot of Dexter knives lately. Someone must have been buying out failed restaurants from the scamdemic.
Got some good deals.
