1lb Crabmeat 1/2 pt sour cream Juice from 1/2 lemon 1 tsp dry mustard 3 shakes garlic salt 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 2 (8oz) cream cheese 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 to 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
Beat ingredients, except crabmeat and 1/4 cup of cheese until creamy. Fold crabmeat into mixture and spread in greased baking pan. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

If a blue crab grew as large as a lobster, there would not be a market for lobster. As a big fan of lobster, it pains me a little to agree...But you have a point!

If a blue crab grew as large as a lobster, there would not be a market for lobster. Blue Crab is delicious. But it's a lot of work. Cleaning a crab doesn't give you nearly the amount of meat you get from a lobster and lobster's clean easier. That said, we took the boat out this morning and dropped 6 crab pots. We'll pick them up on Friday and see what we got.
